Welcome to Victory Family Outreach ("VFO").  VFO is a Christ-centered, Bible based Home for the hurting, the homeless, the addicted, and the lost. Our founder, Thomas Rowley, entered a men's home in Houston, Texas 6 years ago looking for a way out. He was free "free-falling, at the end of his rope, with no knot at the end. A lifetime of pain and substance abuse, alcoholism, and a nomadic existence had this 56 year-old man almost dead and nowhere to turn. But when he asked Christ to change him, he found a new beginning.

That was 6 years ago, and today, Thomas has come to Philadelphia, Mississippi and opened up a Home to help the lost and the helpless, just as God has helped him. We are fully self-supporting and there is no fee for the residents of VFO; all their needs are supplied.
